Hi, I'm Bryt. I'm building a gamified platform that allows content creators to earn money by creating content that help boost other campaign but within a community that doesn't need your numbers of followers or likes but pays you for the quality of work you're able to put together, your expertise should be paying you not likes and followership, because even when you have these two, there's no assurance of earning due to the criteria on each platform. This week I'm reworking the onboarding and trying to figure out which first action keeps people coming back, we are trying to onboard more content creators in any field, any advice would do too. I'd love feedback from anyone who's shipped a consumer app or worked on retention.

Great idea. Today all platforms are full of useless content that fills every timeline on every site, while the useful content gets ignored. This idea will help correct the path toward real content.

But to determine useful content — will you use REAL verified experts in each field to review it, or will users vote on each post (like/dislike)? I prefer both ways, it would be more valuable. Also maybe an AI agent review to help

Shipped v1 of laravel-blog-manager, a lightweight Laravel blog package I built for my own site.

The problem I had: I wanted a blog on my personal site, but the open-source options were full CMS platforms or CRM-heavy packages with far more than a simple blog needs. So I built a small, core-only one.

The core decision is content blocks. Instead of one big HTML field per post, a post is a list of ordered parts, each with its own type (heading, paragraph, media, file), and

draft, schedule, and publish, with revisions you can restore
categories, tags, and per-post SEO
media and authorization pluggable through contracts (native, spatie/medialibrary, spatie/permission, or your own)
configurable authors, so a solo blog can grow into a multi-author one

I already used it for the first post on my own site (the write-up and docs are linked on the project).

What I'd want feedback on: the block model and the contract-based extension points. If you've built or used a blog or content package, does the "core-only, bring your own transport" approach make sense to you, or would you expect the package to own more? Where would it break for your use case?
